When a shingle blows off in a storm or a slow leak finally shows up on your ceiling, you need a crew that answers the phone and shows up — not a call center that puts you on hold. Big Toms Roofing sends licensed, local Oxford roofers to your door, usually the same day you call.
Big Toms Roofing has spent years building a reputation in Oxford for doing Roof Repair the right way — proper permits, manufacturer-approved materials, and a crew lead on-site for every job, not just a subcontractor nobody vetted.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Oxford crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Oxford as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
A Roof Repair replacement is one of the biggest investments a Oxford homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Roof Repair jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Oxford crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Roof Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
We're not trying to be the biggest Roof Repair company in Oxford, MI — we're trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here — it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right — that's the deal.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
Magnetic nail sweeps and tarp-protected landscaping are standard on every job, not an upsell.
We don't cherry-pick these — they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Roof Repair jobs in Oxford.
"We had a leak show up during a storm at night and I honestly didn't expect anyone to answer the phone. Big Toms Roofing had a crew tarping our roof within a couple hours and came back two days later to do the real repair. Can't recommend them enough."
"I got three quotes for a full reroof and Big Toms Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were the only ones who explained exactly what was included and stuck to it. Zero surprises on the final bill."
"They handled the entire insurance claim conversation with our adjuster, sent over photo documentation, and honestly made a stressful situation way less stressful. Roof looks great too."
"As a property manager I've worked with a lot of roofing companies and Big Toms Roofing is one of the few that actually communicates before showing up and after the job's done."
"Their inspection before we bought our house flagged ventilation and flashing problems that weren't obvious on a walkthrough. Glad we called them before closing, not after."
Big Toms Roofing crews are staged to cover all of Oxford and the neighborhoods around it, from established residential streets to newer developments and commercial corridors.
